Yes, every Buddha and jade bracelet is ceremonially blessed before it begins its journey to you. What if my order arrives damaged?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Like the changing of the seasons, the arrival of each piece can vary. Typically, it takes between 8-15 business days, depending on where you have asked it to wander. We strive to hasten its travel, eager for you to begin your journey together.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
As in the dance of leaves in the wind, flexibility is essential. If your heart changes direction after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can alter the course if it has not yet left our care. Once it has embarked on its path to you, changes become more challenging to accommodate.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Within the validity period of 30 days, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you have the right to apply for a return or exchange without affecting secondary sales. If it is damaged or worn, it cannot be returned. In addition, free products will not be returned.
