A hand-knotted red cord, an engraved Om Mani Padme Hum cylinder, and a daily reminder of compassion, peace and protection. Choose a gold-tone or silver-tone finish and adjust the cord for a comfortable fit.
Blessed before dispatch. This bracelet is ceremonially blessed before it begins its journey to you, as an expression of prayer and good intention.
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the part of your wrist where you will wear the bracelet. Compare your measurement with the 14.5–20 cm / 5.7–7.9 in. adjustable range and allow room for your preferred fit.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Om Mani Padme Hum is closely associated with Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. The mantra is traditionally connected with compassion, prayer and mindful awareness. Red cord is also associated with blessing, protection and auspicious wishes in Tibetan Buddhist and Himalayan traditions.

You do not need to be Buddhist to wear this bracelet. It can be worn for faith, meditation, personal meaning or as a thoughtful gift.
Remove the bracelet before bathing or swimming. Keep it away from perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Wipe the metal parts with a soft dry cloth and let the cord dry naturally if it becomes damp.
Our founder's journey in Tibet shaped the story behind Buddhist Temple Shop. A portion of sales supports our continuing charitable efforts for children and local communities in Tibet.
