What Is a Trigug?
The Trigug is a curved ritual knife form found in Tibetan Buddhist tantric iconography, especially in the hands of wrathful and semi-wrathful deities. Its hooked blade and vajra-related handle make it a recognizable symbol of cutting through obstacles, delusion, and attachment within tantric visual language.
What Does the Vajra Symbolize?
The Vajra is one of the principal ritual symbols of Vajrayana Buddhism. It represents indestructibility and the unshakable nature of awakened reality, and it is traditionally paired with the ritual bell in tantric practice.
How to Choose
Select Trigug if you are drawn to its transformative, obstacle-cutting imagery; choose Vajra if you prefer a symbol of indestructibility and Vajrayana practice. Then choose the cord or chain style that best suits your everyday wear.
Is every variant a Trigug? No. Four Trigug and four Vajra variants are currently listed.
How do Trigug and Vajra pendants differ? The Trigug design has the recognizable curved-knife form. The Vajra design follows the ritual scepter form, traditionally associated with indestructible wisdom. Both come with a choice of necklace cord or chain.
Is it blessed before dispatch? Yes.
